Beach Culture -The "Basics of SUP Yoga"
Starting from October 19, 2019.
Discover SUP yoga! This course is designed to help you build confidence as we learn the fundamentals of SUP yoga at your own pace in a safe environment.
6 Classes for BHD 72
Tuesdays and Saturdays from 4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Session 1 "Fearless" - Break your fears by learning how to 'fall.'
Session 2 "Balanced" - Find your balance on the board.
Session 3 "Prop yourself" - Use the board as a prop to help you with balance and to take your stretch to a deeper level.
Session 4 "Go with the flow" - Incorporating what we've learned so far in a yoga flow.
Session 5 "Paddles Up" - Introduce paddle as a prop.
Session 6 "Pose" - We will find our edge by striking yoga poses on the board!
