Dash Fitness Bahrain - Run Club - Learn to Run


With Coach Saman (Personal/Group Trainer & Marathoner - 30 races and counting!) 


Learn to run is designed for both beginner to intermediate levels; whether you are new to running or you want to improve your pace/distance this session for you. You will learn the proper running posture and breathing technique as you improve your cardio performance and endurance.


Stretches and Warmup start from Dash and then we make our way to the beautiful breezy beach for walk/run intervals followed by an express core and stretching back at Dash.
