The Box HIIT workout combines some of the favorite moves of boxing with a high-intensity interval training bodyweight set that will push your body to its limit with Beast mode round.

- Some classes are available for ladies only.

- The price (5 BD) allows full-day access to the gym where a member can attend any class.
