Bahrain's First H & Y Fest! (Ladies Edition)

When: November 22/23 from 8:00am until 6:30pm

Where: Zallaq Springs 

The H&Y Festival will bring together yoga instructors, meditation specialists, speakers, and experts from around the globe.The instructors will be covering subjects such as yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation and more. There will also be discussions and live panel interviews with amazing influencers!

NOTE: Tickets are sold to ladies age +17.
