Indogulf Yoga in collaboration with Gulf Hotel, are bringing us the real value of Ashtanaga Yoga though their fixed classes.

Venue: Gulf Hotel Health Club, Manama, Bahrain

Schedule: (Every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday):

• Morning Classes: 09:30 - 10:30 (Ladies) 
• Evening Classes: 16:30 - 17:30 (Mixed)

Prices:

• One session: BD5/person
• Twelve sessions: BD50/person

Payment Methods:

1. Cash upon arrival
2. Online (using credit or debit cards)

Terms & Conditions: 

1. All bookings are subject to final confirmation due to the class availability
2. Twelve sessions package is valid for two months only
3. Be there before the booking time by at least 10 minutes
4. Please wear the suitable cloths for the Yoga sessions
5. Cancellation policy: 100% will be refunded if cancelled before 48 hours and 50% if cancelled within 48 hours
