The class is suitable for students who want to
improve stamina, and they will work on building strength, flexibility and
control of the breath.
The Ashtanga dynamic class starts with a short
meditation, followed by sun salutations, standing postures, seated and supine
positions for mobilizing spine (backbends, forward extensions, and twists).
Particularly focusing on breathing, to make sure the connection between body
mind, and to be drawn the students to a focused, yet to a meditative level.
