HIIT alternates bursts of intense anaerobic exercise (think sprinting, jumping, and heavy weight lifting) with less-intense recovery periods. Those anaerobic bursts call for movement output to be near a 90% intensity, while the recovery period hovers around a 50% intensity. 

Please note the following:

- Some classes are available for ladies only.

- The price (5 BD) allows full-day access to the gym where a member can attend any class.
